“Micro-plastic” special podcast: listen without moderation from December 8

Ahoy sailor!

Does an inspiring podcast about the plastic world we live in make your mouth water?
Check out our new special episode: "Micro Plastic"!

Micro what?

In 2022, the 6-episode podcast Les Déferlantes was released. A groundbreaking audio survey produced by The SeaCleaners association, this immersive journey reveals the extent of the problem, its inner workings, but also the solutions to combat ocean pollution and the destruction of its ecosystem.

While season 1 of Les Déferlantes presented an overview of plastic-related issues, this special issue opens up the debate.

In today’s alarmist and catastrophic climate, we want to show that there is hope, that change is possible, and that plastic pollution, however significant, can become a problem of the past.

The environment is everyone’s business. What if we were to get together around a table for a discussion, to ask questions, to play games, to share moments? A round table where science meets good humor.

Listen to episode 1 of this special edition, with Chloé Nabédian, Luciole, Sarah Samadi, and Fred Testot.

From ocean quizzes and animal blind tests to our guests’ best wilderness anecdotes: the oceans from every angle with a crack team!

What else?

When humor and ecology come together to offer us a different perspective on the challenges of preserving our oceans and biodiversity, and to share our actions and ambitions for individual and collective action. That’s the challenge we set ourselves!

Over 1 hour of podcast-video, hosted by Elise D’Epenoux, head of international communications at The SeaCleaners, accompanied by Baptiste Jagoury, engineer at Manta Innovation (The SeaCleaners’ integrated engineering office) and a real crew of enthusiasts:

A huge thank you to them for their time, energy and desire to continue the dialogue around plastic pollution and ocean preservation.

And thanks to the backroom for welcoming us in a cosy setting ideal for our environmental ramblings!
